Security, Order, and Fire Prevention & Fighting Situation in Phu My Hung – First Half of 2026

On July 17, 2026, the Security Department of Phu My Hung Corporation held a preliminary conference to review the security, order, and fire prevention & fighting situation during the first six months of 2026 in the Phu My Hung City Center.

The conference was attended by representatives from Tan My Ward Police, Tan Hung Ward Police, Tan Thuan Ward Police, the Criminal Police Division – Regional Criminal Police Team 6, PA04 Division of Ho Chi Minh City Police, Fire Prevention & Rescue Team of Region 7, Da Phuoc Traffic Police Team, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone Fire Prevention Team, along with leaders of Phu My Hung Corporation and contracted security service companies.

According to the Security Department’s report, the past six months recorded many positive outcomes in terms of security, order, and fire prevention. Specifically, there was only one case of property theft, a decrease of three cases compared to the same period last year; no incidents of robbery, fraud, or public disorder occurred. In the theft case, Phu My Hung’s security force coordinated with relevant authorities to apprehend the suspect and return the stolen property (a motorbike) to its owner.

Regarding fire prevention & fighting, two minor fires were reported in the city center during this period. All incidents were detected and handled promptly at the initial stage, resulting in no casualties and negligible property damage. In addition, the unit continued to work closely with the Fire Prevention & Rescue Team of Region 7 to conduct regular inspections of fire prevention systems in apartment buildings and high-rises, as well as organize multiple fire-fighting and rescue drills at facilities in accordance with regulations.
