At the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards held on June 2, 2026, Phu My Hung Development Corporation received recognition in two prestigious categories. Phu My Hung City Center was named among the Top 10 Most Livable Urban Areas in Vietnam, while Hong Hac City was honored as one of the Top 10 Potential Commercial Housing Projects.
Although the two developments are at different stages of maturity, the awards underscore the same core values that have guided Phu My Hung’s development philosophy for more than three decades: comprehensive planning, long-term investment, and a people-centered approach.
Established in the early 1990s, Phu My Hung is widely regarded as one of Vietnam’s pioneering model urban developments. Over the past 33 years, it has evolved into a benchmark for sustainable urban growth, distinguished by integrated infrastructure, expansive green spaces, comprehensive amenities, and a vibrant, well-established community.
This marks the second time Phu My Hung has been recognized at the Vietnam National Real Estate Awards. In 2018, the company received honors for Most Reputable Real Estate Developer and Best Urban Area, further affirming its longstanding reputation in Vietnam’s real estate sector.
According to a company representative, the recognition as one of the country’s most livable urban areas reflects Phu My Hung’s enduring commitment to building communities rather than pursuing short-term commercial gains.
Today, the company is entering a new phase of development under the vision of Phu My Hung 2.0, with the ambition of creating urban destinations that serve not only as desirable places to live, but also as regional centers for culture, education, healthcare, commerce, entertainment, and tourism.

Hong Hac City represents Phu My Hung’s first development in northern Vietnam. Located on nearly 198 hectares in Bac Ninh Province, the project is envisioned as a next-generation integrated urban area featuring a comprehensive ecosystem of education, healthcare, commercial services, parks, and community spaces.
The development draws on the principles that have defined Phu My Hung’s success: resident-focused planning, infrastructure-led development, integrated urban design, and a long-term commitment to operations and community building. At the same time, Hong Hac City embraces a contemporary eco-urban vision by incorporating the cultural heritage of Kinh Bac into its architecture, landscapes, and public spaces.
Developed in partnership with Japan’s Nomura Group, Hong Hac City is expected to become a landmark urban destination at Hanoi’s northeastern gateway. The project aims to set a new benchmark for quality living by harmonizing modern convenience, cultural identity, and sustainable development for generations to come.
