With the strategy to elevate Phu My Hung version 2.0, starting IN March 2026, Phu My Hung Corporation commenced construction on the landscape renovation project for The Crescent. The project aims to upgrade the urban ecosystem, meeting the increasingly high demand for cultural and artistic enjoyment among residents.
According to the plan, the project will cover an area of approximately 20,000 m², focusing on the renovation and refurbishment of key infrastructure, including roadways, sidewalks, and embankments. Simultaneously, the project will introduce a series of themed spaces and rest stops along the lakeside, creating favorable conditions for residents and visitors to enjoy the landscape and admire architectural works and artistic sculptures in an open and highly integrated public space.
The series of highlights along The Crescent Lake is connected by Love Road, starting from the Ton Dat Tien – Hoang Van Thai intersection with the Love Ring item, inspired by the image of a ring as a symbol of beginning and bonding. This path leads to the Sunset Theater – an “open theater” where the waterfront, the sunset glow, artistic sculptures, and community activities blend together in a single spatial experience.
The lakeside journey continues with the Bird Watching platform, combining artistic canopies with an information system about natural bird species inhabiting the ecological island. The final stop is the Jazz Corner at the foot of the Starlight Bridge – a space dedicated to musical performances and community interaction within Phu My Hung’s signature lakeside setting.
Closing the series of experiences is the Starlight Bridge with a new appearance for its decorative structural system. The bridge will evoke images of floating clouds by day and a sparkling starry sky over the waterfall by night, promising to become a spectacular nocturnal highlight of The Crescent.
The combination of landscape architecture, public art, and the natural ecosystem is expected to transform The Crescent into a unique new cultural and entertainment destination in Ho Chi Minh City.
The construction phase is scheduled to take place over approximately 13 months, with completion expected in April 2027.
