Groundbreaking Ceremony for the MD4-1 Residential Development in Phu My Hung

On June 26, 2026, Phu My Hung Development Corp. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the MD4-1 Residential Development, located within the Medical Campus District of the Phu My Hung City Center, Tan My Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. The project is one of the first developments marking the launch of the Phu My Hung 2.0 strategy – a new phase of comprehensive urban enhancement that encompasses landscape revitalization, expanded commercial amenities, and greater investment in cultural, artistic, and specialized healthcare facilities. This strategy aims to complete an integrated urban service ecosystem that meets residents’ increasingly sophisticated lifestyle and experiential needs.

The MD4-1 Residential Development is planned as a modern residential community. Its defining feature is the harmonious integration of refined, comfortable living spaces with a vibrant podium of retail and service facilities, providing residents with a seamless living experience that fulfills their daily needs for shopping, dining, and leisure.

The 17-story development will offer a total gross floor area of approximately 20,576 square meters. To ensure the project’s high standards of engineering quality and architectural excellence, Phu My Hung has appointed leading industry consultants and contractors. D&B Consulting & Design Joint Stock Company has been engaged as the Design Management Consultant, while Bachy Soletanche Vietnam has been appointed as the specialist contractor for the diaphragm wall construction package.

According to the project schedule, the MD4-1 Residential Development will undergo detailed design and construction between 2026 and 2027. Upon completion, the project is expected to further enhance the urban landscape of Phu My Hung while introducing another international-standard residential address at the heart of the township.
