On the morning of August 11, 2026, Phu My Hung Corporation held the groundbreaking ceremony for The Maverick Residential Project, one of the signature developments of the Phu My Hung 2.0 phase.
Located at land lot MD3–1 within the Medical campus District the Phu My Hung City Center, The Maverick covers approximately 7,822 sqm. The project comprises three basement levels, 19 above-ground floors, and one rooftop technical floor, with a total construction floor area of approximately 79,921 sqm. The development features 327 premium apartments and 22 commercial shops on the ground floor, offering residents a modern, high-quality, and convenient living environment. The project enjoys convenient access to Crescent Mall, FV Hospital, Tam Duc Hospital, and the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), as well as other Phu My Hung 2.0 landmarks, including the Cultural and Arts Center (C10), Tam Anh Hospital, and the Crescent Strip.
The Maverick Residential Project is developed by Phu My Hung Corporation. Design consultancy is provided by Handel Architects LLP and D&B Consulting and Design JSC, while construction is undertaken by a joint venture between Construction Corporation No. 1 and Searefico Engineering & Construction JSC. Supervision consultancy is provided by Dau Tien Quality Consulting and Management JSC. The project is expected to be completed in June 2029.
