After more than three decades of establishment and development, Phu My Hung has largely completed the appearance of one of Vietnam’s leading modern urban areas, becoming the economic, financial, and cultural hub of the southern area of Ho Chi Minh City. Continuing this journey, a new development strategy named Phu My Hung 2.0 has officially been launched, promising profound changes in both urban appearance and quality of life.
Phu My Hung 2.0 marks a comprehensive upgrade of urban value in every aspect, from landscape renovation and expanded commercial amenities to a strong focus on cultural, artistic, and specialized healthcare facilities, aiming to further enhance the service ecosystem to meet residents’ increasingly high needs regarding their experience.
In the near future, a series of projects with a total investment of tens of trillions of VND for the first phase of Phu My Hung 2.0 will be implemented by Phu My Hung Corp. and its strategic Partner Groups.
In terms of landscape development, after completing the renovation and upgrading of the Canal District, Phu My Hung Corp. is continuing its plan to upgrade The Crescent and Nguyen Luong Bang Boulevard. Regarding commercial and service amenities, numerous Grade-A office towers, mixed-use commercial complexes, five-star hotels, international hospitals, and luxury serviced apartments will be developed in the coming years, concentrated in the International Financial and Commercial District and the Crescent Lake area.
