Following the success of its initial launch – where nearly 100% of units were sold within just a few hours the Phu My Hung Harmonie project in Chanh Hiep Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, continued to attract strong interest during its second sales launch on April 19, 2026.
Reports indicate that nearly 900 customers attended the event, with many arriving early in the morning to secure a spot in the apartment lottery draw. Data from the Phu My Hung application recorded nearly 1,000 reservations during this round, bringing the total across both launches to approximately 2,500. Within just a few hours, 89% of available units were successfully sold.

The project’s appeal stems from several factors, notably its location in an area designated as a future growth hub in northern Ho Chi Minh City, supported by synchronized infrastructure and urban planning, as well as strong potential for value appreciation. In addition to end-user demand, the project has also attracted long-term investors due to its rental prospects and liquidity.
At the event, Ms. T.V.H. Trang (Ho Chi Minh City) shared: “My family followed the project from the first launch and decided to return this time. We were delighted to be selected and found a suitable apartment. This will serve as both a future home for our children and a long-term asset”.
Meanwhile, Mr. Nguyen Van Toan noted: “I believe the project has a favorable location and strong rental potential, so I registered for multiple slots to increase my chances of securing a unit. Given the area’s growth, this is an investment worth considering”.
The next sales launch of Phu My Hung Harmonie is expected to take place in mid-May and will be the project’s final official release.
Developed on a site of approximately 2 hectares, Harmonie comprises five towers ranging from 32 to 34 floors, offering nearly 1,500 apartments to the market. The towers are arranged along the site perimeter, creating a spacious central area with greenery and water features that enhance the living environment and foster community interaction. In terms of unit mix, the project is designed to meet real housing demand: approximately 69% are two-bedroom units (66–74 m²), around 18% are one-bedroom units (39–42 m²), with the remainder consisting of three-bedroom apartments, ground-floor units, and garden apartments.
