Phu My Hung Spring Flower Festival welcomes over 950,000 visitors during Tet 2026

After 10 days open to the public – from the 24th day of the lunar month through the 4th day of Tet, the Phu My Hung Spring Flower Festival 2026, themed “Spring of Unity”, attracted more than 950,000 visitors who came to admire and enjoy its vibrant displays.

Statistics from the Organizer show the festival welcomed an average of about 95,000 visitors per day. On peak days such as the 28th and 29th of the lunar month, as well as the 1st and 2nd days of Tet, daily attendance exceeded 100,000.

Stretching approximately 700 meters, the Flower Street featured large-scale, distinctive, and artistic mini-scenes such as Spring of Unity – Stepping into the Future, Galloping to Success, Four Seasons Carriage, Saint Gióng, the 4.5-meter horse mascot, Sails Reaching Far, Rhythm of Vietnamese Bamboo, and Calligraphy Street. Together, these installations created a space filled with spring colors and messages of reunion, connection, and growth, making it an ideal destination for residents of Ho Chi Minh City and nearby communities.

Alongside the Flower Street, the Spring Flower Market featured more than 100 booths of ornamental plants from Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Dong Nai, Ho Chi Minh City,… attracting many visitors shopping for Tet decorations.

Beyond the on-site experience, images of the Flower Street spread widely online through countless visitor “check-in” photos and review clips shared by creators on TikTok and YouTube.

First organized in 2004 as a small flower market for residents, the festival was officially recognized in 2012 by the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee as one of the city’s official spring flower events. To date, after 22 years, the festival has welcomed approximately 18 million visitors.
