Built on a land plot of over 2,370 m² with 12 floors, The Sculptura features 75 luxury apartments and 10 retail units. This is one of the few remaining high-end projects in the urban area. Under the Phu My Hung 2.0 strategic vision, the developer has stated that only 15% of the remaining residential land will be allocated to luxury and ultra-luxury apartment segments.

Approximately 83% of The Sculptura’s apartments are three-bedroom units ranging from 109–127 m², 10% are two-bedroom units (84 m²), and the remaining are Tophouse units ranging from 182–226 m².
