On July 18, 2026, two major milestones took place at Hong Hac City: the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between developer Phu My Hung and EQuest Education Group to establish the project’s first education system, and the opening of the second model home in the Bespoke Collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

High-quality education complex<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the developer, the first school at Hong Hac City will be a comprehensive education complex with a total investment of approximately $40 million. The complex will include a kindergarten and a multi-level school spanning primary through high school, with a total capacity of around 2,500 students upon completion. The curriculum will combine the Ministry of Education and Training’s national program with a continuous Cambridge pathway, while integrating STEM, AI, robotics, arts, life skills, and holistic student development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The education complex will cover more than 22,000 sqm and be developed in two phases. The first phase comprises a three-story kindergarten and a five-story multi-level school on nearly 11,000 sqm, with the first intake of students expected in September 2028. The project was designed by Gensler Architecture Design Firm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking at the event, Mr. Gary Tseng, President of Phu My Hung Corporation and Chairman of VTU Investment JSC, said the agreement marks the beginning of a long-term partnership built on a shared vision of delivering high-quality education and preparing future generations to thrive in an increasingly interconnected world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Representing EQuest Education Group, Chief Financial Officer Truong Hoang Nam expressed hope that within the next decade, the education complex at Hong Hac City will become a landmark in northern Vietnam’s education ecosystem, providing high-quality educational services to residents of the township and surrounding communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Second Bespoke Collection model home opens<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the same day, Phu My Hung unveiled the second model home in the Bespoke Collection. Unlike the first model, which featured an Indochine-inspired design, the new home adopts a Japanese Zen aesthetic developed in collaboration with Nomura. The design emphasizes a tranquil living environment that embraces nature, reflecting the growing demand for homes that support mental well-being.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Phu My Hung representative said the developer will offer interior fit-out packages, allowing buyers, particularly foreign professionals to move in immediately. The packages are delivered in collaboration with the company’s long-term partners to ensure construction quality and maintain consistency with the project’s overall design concept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Located in Song Lieu Ward, Bac Ninh Province, Hong Hac City is jointly developed by Phu My Hung Corporation and Nomura Real Estate Vietnam, with VTU Investment JSC serving as the project’s legal entity.
