At the 2nd Vietnam National Real Estate Awards held on June 2, 2026, Phu My Hung Development Corporation received recognition in two prestigious categories. Phu My Hung City Center was named among the Top 10 Most Livable Urban Areas in Vietnam, while Hong Hac City was honored as one of the Top 10 Potential Commercial Housing Projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Although the two developments are at different stages of maturity, the awards underscore the same core values that have guided Phu My Hung\u2019s development philosophy for more than three decades: comprehensive planning, long-term investment, and a people-centered approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Established in the early 1990s, Phu My Hung is widely regarded as one of Vietnam\u2019s pioneering model urban developments. Over the past 33 years, it has evolved into a benchmark for sustainable urban growth, distinguished by integrated infrastructure, expansive green spaces, comprehensive amenities, and a vibrant, well-established community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
