At 6:18 PM on July 13, 2025, Phu My Hung security spotted a 5-seater car with its front end engulfed in flames on Nguyen Luong Bang Street, directly in front of the Waterfront bus stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Upon detecting the fire, the security team immediately issued an alert via walkie-talkie, grabbed a CO\u2082 fire extinguisher, and rushed to the scene to carry out urgent firefighting efforts. Additional extinguishers were mobilized from nearby locations. However, since the flames originated under the car\u2019s hood, extinguishing the fire proved difficult.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In this emergency situation, Phu My Hung security used a crowbar to forcibly open the hood (as the vehicle had lost power and could not be opened electronically), and continued battling the fire until it was fully extinguished.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A few minutes later, the Fire & Rescue Police arrived and sprayed water to cool down the area. The incident involved a black 5-seater vehicle, license plate 51L\u2026, driven by Mr. P.H.Q.B (born in 1979). The car was traveling from Ca Cam 2 Bridge toward the Canh Doi Complex when it suddenly caught fire near the bus stop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No casualties were reported, though the front of the vehicle sustained significant damage. In total, Phu My Hung security used seven fire extinguishers – five CO\u2082 and two powder types – in assisting to control and extinguish the blaze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
